Coaches
Coach Chris Wilkes-
Coach has been coaching competitive lifting since 1999 and is considered by many as one of the top coaches in US Weightlifting. He has coached lifters on national and International levels. He is CrossFit Level 1 certified.

Coach has been coaching and training athletes in football, track and field, swimming, and tennis for the past 16 years using Olympic Weightlifting as the center of his training.  He also coached Football at the Middle school and High school levels. 

Coach demands technique from his lifters making him a great coach to learn from.

Cody Wilkes-
Cody holds a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University and is CrossFit Level 1 certified.

He has been competing and teaching in Olympic Weightlifting for since 1999.  Cody's greatest achievement  thus far in lifting has been bronze medalist at the 2007 American Open.  He is also a USWA LWC referee.

Coard Wilkes

Coard is the current National Junior Champion in Olympic Weightlifting in the 94 kilo class. He is CrossFit Level 1 certified and has been training and teaching the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk for to past 8 years.

Coard plans on making it to the Junior World's for Team USA and competing in Europe this summer.

Angela Williams Hankins

Angela is a CrossFit Level I Trainer.  She found CrossFit in the winter of 2010.  Angela is a two-time graduate from Tidewater Community College with degrees in Science and Social Science, as well as a graduate from the Personal Training and Fitness Program.  She is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.  Angela was a first-time competitor in the 2011 CrossFit Open, finishing impressively in the top 1/3 for the Mid Atlantic Region.  Angela was a high school softball player and continues to play today, as well as competitive running events and flag football, but her love is for soccer.

Caine Wilkes

Caine has been lifting for over ten years now.  He is Currently a 105+ lifter and placed 2nd in the 2008 Nationals and 3rd at the 2007 American Open. Caine has also competed in international meets such as Criollo Cup in Italy.
